Room temperature water is fine, just make sure you put it in the fridge right away!Place the tea evenly in the cold brew carafe Pour 50ml water over the tea leaves and allow it to sit for 20 secondsStrain the rinse water from the carafeFill the carafe with the remaining 450ml of water Cover the cold brew carafe and refrigerate for the suggested time Pour the brewed tea over the strainer and enjoy!
